Occupation: SAHM to 3 blessings:
Emma-Sian 8, Malcolm 6, Liam 2, & my DH 14+yrs

Education: B.A. Sociology, University of Western Ontario

Background: For years, I worked in Advertising & Marketing for Canadian Tire in Toronto and then I went on Maternity leave and have been enjoying this part of my life as a S.A.H.Mum! Although, like most sahm’s, I don’t stay at home as much as you’d think.

Besides being personal assistant to busy kids: School, Ballet & Tap Classes, Swimming lessons, Skating lessons, Hockey Practices & Games (okay, that’s DH’s dept), Piano Lessons, Library, etc, etc. I attend the Ladies Bible Study at our CMA church.
There is a children’s program for my youngest, while I fellowship with some wonderful women. I highly recommend getting involved with a small group on a regular basis & it is well worth making the time.

I love crafting of all sorts & especially Stampin’ Up. (No, I’m not a demonstrator, just a self confessed addict.) I am able to sew the odd costume for my kids, just don’t look to close at my rough work. I really enjoy taking pictures of kids & consider it a challenge. Thank goodness for digital, as I take 300 pics & like 4 of them. Should really take some more photography courses & maybe more would turn out. LOL.

Another big pass time: perusing recipe websites like allrecipes or epicurious . Also have a weakness for Martha’s website. I try to torture my kids every other week with “try it, it’s something new & you might like it”. If I didn’t have the encouragement of DH to say he enjoyed it, I probably wouldn’t bother, as the younger boys are not as adventuresome & really not worth the complaining.
